Maria went above and beyond to get my home sold. It was an older home with a few ‘quirks’, but she was able to find comparables to help me price it accurately and therefore get it sold quickly. While waiting for closing, I was involved in an accident. Maria came to my aid repeatedly to help me get the house closed with a minimum of inconvenience.

A few months ago I decided to sell an approx. 10 acre property in Montgomery County. As I’ve not lived in the area for sometime I reached out blindly to three realtors. My conversation with Maria was pleasant, engaging, concise, and professional. I felt reasonably sure after that first conversation that I’d found my Realtor. I asked her to offer me guidance in determining an asking price. She asked for time to do research, offered me a time-line for getting back to me. Very simply she did what she said she was going to do and did so in a fashion that exceeded my expectations. Read that sentence again because that best summarizes my experience with Maria. Maria offered me a reference to a professional that matched Maria’s high standards. His company went on to complete the contracted work well, ahead of schedule, in excess of my expectations and on-budget. I can offer up many more details that all lead to the same place. Maria did what she said she was going to do and did so in a fashion that exceeded my expectations.

Maria Didn’t Let Us Settle For Less than Perfection!

We met Maria initially when we showed interest in a house in Hillsboro. We had done nothing yet and were simply looking without complete intention to buy. It was just that we didn’t know what we wanted yet. We were unsure but Maria was never frustrated with us and never let us settle for less than perfection for US. We ended up getting a house that had everything on our checklist. We didn’t have to settle on anything. We’re so thankful for Maria’s patience and expertise. She helped us to understand and make us comfortable. She went on quite the life journey with us and we’re so thankful for her.

Maria was amazing!

We called on Maria back in 2018 when we were looking for a new home, and she helped immensely in that aspect. However, in 2021, when we were finally ready to sell our first home, Maria was amazing. Being first-time sellers, there was a LOT that I was confused on. She patiently explained things in a way that didn’t make me feel like I was stupid. She helped us with things we could improve on the house without an immense cost, and gave us suggestions just in case the listing didn’t get any interest (which most definitely did not happen). She’s professional and fun, calm and excited, incredibly knowledgeable without being condescending, when the situation calls for it. Very Organized & A Good Communicator!

Two years ago Maria helped us to buy our retirement home. After I retired this spring, we contacted her again to help us sell the home we had lived in for over 30 years. Highly Recommend for Any Transaction

We called about two years ago asking to look at some property in the Palmyra, Illinois area. They sent over Katrina to show us the house. We instantly felt like we had known her forever. She has such a great personality and will do her best to please you. We decided that property was not a good fit and continued to look. Every time we called to ask or to see something she always worked it so we could see it quickly and get our questions answered. After looking for over a year we finally found the house we wanted to buy. She came and looked at our home and gave us some pointers for us to do to help sell our house. Our home sold quickly in the winter months and we moved in on Good Friday 2016. It was a very smooth process and she was a great help on both sides helping us sell our home and us purchasing another. I highly recommend her for any real estate transactions. She is very knowledgeable in the field of real estate and a very honest and trustworthy agent.
