We called on Maria back in 2018 when we were looking for a new home, and she helped immensely in that aspect. However, in 2021, when we were finally ready to sell our first home, Maria was amazing. Being first-time sellers, there was a LOT that I was confused on. She patiently explained things in a way that didn’t make me feel like I was stupid. She helped us with things we could improve on the house without an immense cost, and gave us suggestions just in case the listing didn’t get any interest (which most definitely did not happen). She’s professional and fun, calm and excited, incredibly knowledgeable without being condescending, when the situation calls for it. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!
