A few months ago I decided to sell an approx. 10 acre property in Montgomery County. As I’ve not lived in the area for sometime I reached out blindly to three realtors. My conversation with Maria was pleasant, engaging, concise, and professional. I felt reasonably sure after that first conversation that I’d found my Realtor. I asked her to offer me guidance in determining an asking price. She asked for time to do research, offered me a time-line for getting back to me. Very simply she did what she said she was going to do and did so in a fashion that exceeded my expectations. Read that sentence again because that best summarizes my experience with Maria. Maria offered me a reference to a professional that matched Maria’s high standards. His company went on to complete the contracted work well, ahead of schedule, in excess of my expectations and on-budget. I can offer up many more details that all lead to the same place. Maria did what she said she was going to do and did so in a fashion that exceeded my expectations.
